Rice noodles with shrimps and vegetables

4 servings; 1 serving 


1 tsp oil for frying     
200 g shrimps      
2 bell peppers (yellow and red)   
100 g baby corn     
100 g sugar peas    
1 garlic gloves
1 red onion
100 g broccoli     
150 g rice noodles
1 tbsp sesame seeds     
2 middle size carrots      
100 g sweet and sour chilly sauce    

 

Preparation

1. Prepare rice noodles according to instructions on the packet in salt flavored water. Drain.

2. Fry carrot strips, bell peppers, onion and chopped garlic glove for a few minutes, stir constantly. 

3. Add sugar peas, baby corn (can be cut into smaller pieces) and broccoli. Mix and add carefully shrimps, sweet and sour sause and sesame seeds. In the end add rice noodles and gently mix all together.

4. Serve and enjoy!
