1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp starch
2 tsp cocoa powder
For soaking: 50 ml strong coffee, 1 tbsp of coffee liqueur
Filling: 
50 g light natural cream cheese (unflavored) 
150 g curd cheese
2 tbsp strong coffee
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp cocoa powder

 

Preparation:

1. Whisk eggs with sugar to form a strong foam.

2. Mix sifted flour, starch, cocoa and baking powder, and add carefully into the egg foam. 

3. Cover 20cm round caketin with baking paper. Pour mixture into tin, bake in 200C oven for 10-15 minutes. Let cool off. 

4. Mix cream cheese, curd cheese, coffee and sugars. 

5. Crumble cake bottom into small pieces and place half of them in dessert bowls.

6.  Mix coffee and liqueur and pour half of it over cake pieces. Keep the other half. 

7. Distribute half cheese mixture on top of cake pieces, cover with rest of cake pieces, pour over coffee-liqueur mixture. 

8. Place other half of cheese mixture in bowls and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
